Ordering
When you've found the items you wish to purchase in our Shop, simply proceed to the checkout menu. After placing your order, you will receive an order number via email. Payment instructions will be provided to you once your order is confirmed.
Please follow the payment instructions on the order summary email we have sent you (check junk folder if you have not received it).
Once payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email followed by another email with shipping information the next business day.
You have to be over 19+ years of age to order from DankAir.
If you have paid and would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we can issue a refund in store credit for the full amount. If we have not yet accepted your e-transfer, you can cancel it on your end.
All unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.
Payment
Currently the only method of payment is e-transfer.
Please follow the payment instructions included in your order email or else it may cause delays to your order.
DO NOT CONTAIN ANYTHING MARIJUANA, CANNABIS, OR WEED, RELATED IN YOUR PAYMENT.
MAKE SURE THE CONTACT NAME IS CORRECT ALONG WITH NO ADDITIONAL MESSAGES ON THE E-TRANSFER.
Your payment will be accepted the same day if everything is correct on your e-transfer. Once accepted you will receive an email saying your order is being processed.
The next business day you will get a shipping email in regards to your order.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds as all sales are final.

Shipping
Shipping fee's vary depending on the total of your order.
For orders under $250 shipping is $20 for CANADA POST XPRESS POST.
For orders over $250 you can choose either FREE CANADA POST XPRESS or PUROLATOR NEXT DAY shipping for an additional $20.
Get FREE PUROLATOR NEXT DAY for orders over $400.
If you choose Purolator Next Day shipping please make sure your address is NOT a PO Box, or Canada Post Flex address as Purolator is unable to ship there.
We prioritize fast & secure shipping, exclusively using CANADA POST XPRESS POST (1-3 business days) or Purolator Express (1-2 business days) to fulfill your orders.
Orders shipped with Canada Post:
Orders placed and paid for before 1 PM Pacific Time (4 PM Eastern Time, 2 PM Mountain Time) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on your location, your order is expected to arrive within 1-3 business days.
Orders shipped with Purolator Next Business Day:
Orders placed and paid for before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM Eastern Time, 12 PM Mountain Time) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on your location, your order is expected to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Our team takes into consideration of discreetness and privacy for our customers. All orders are sealed properly with absolutely no smell leaking out. Packaging information on the order box will having nothing cannabis related on it. The boxes are taped securely and generic to maintain your privacy.
We ship all throughout Canada. No international shipping is available.
When placing an order, please ensure you provide an address where you have access to.
In rare instances, packages may go missing during shipping (this can happen with any online shopping, not just cannabis-related items). If your package goes missing, contact us immediately. If your package hasn't arrived within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us, and we will initiate an investigation with Canada Post, which takes approximately 10 days. If your package is deemed lost or stolen, we will send a replacement package once only. Please note that we cannot offer refunds; we can only provide a replacement package (only ONCE) or store credits.
If you enter an incorrect address, we do not provide replacements, so please verify your address before submitting your order.
We are able to add a signature requirement if you require us to do so (please include it in the notes when placing your order).
If the order status for your package says it has been delivered, we are unable to take further action as the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Points & Discounts
Here is a break down of our loyalty points system.
For every $1 you spend, you will get 10 points.
When redeeming points you can redeem 825 point for $1 off.
For example: If you spent $200 you would get 2000 points. You could use the 2000 points on your next order for $2.4 off.
We give out discount codes via e-mail, Discord, and Instagram. Follow us on all socials to make sure you don't miss out on any codes.
Yes, however discount codes cannot be stacked up together. You can use a discount code along with your points on the same order.
There are a few ways you can get more loyalty points:
For every review you make on our website for any of the products you purchased you get 825 points ($1 off) per review.
For every review made on the r/mompics or r/CanadianMOMS2 page you get 4125 points ($5 off, there is a limit of 3 reviews)
